Virtual Services

If you do not want (or are unable) to invite another person into your birth space, I provide virtual birth doula support so you still feel prepped and ready for your labor and birth experience.

Virtual Doula: $650

  • Four (4) hours of virtual meeting time to discuss labor progression, birth preferences, comfort measures, possible interventions, options and advocacy

  • Virtual packet of pregnancy, childbirth, and postpartum resources

  • Unlimited phone, text, and email support from time of hire

  • On call from weeks 38-42 of your pregnancy

  • Text, phone, and video chat support during labor and birth

  • One 2-hour postpartum visit via Zoom to process your birth experience

  • Virtual support for the first four (4) weeks postpartum
